Recently, the two high-standard aggregate production lines (400 tons per hour each) contracted and constructed by Guangdong HPower Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as HPower Mining) in Guinea have completed full installation, commissioning and trial production, and officially entered mass production. The combined total capacity of the dual lines reaches 800 tons per hour. Secondary Crushing Unit: HP5 Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher Designed for secondary crushing of high-hardness ores, it operates on the interparticle crushing principle and integrates hydraulic cavity clearing and automatic overload protection systems. Shaping Unit: PFS1715 High-Power Three-Chamber Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher The core polishing and quality-upgrading equipment for finished aggregates, its unique vortex crushing chamber and three-stage crushing structure integrate fine secondary crushing and aggregate shaping functions. It further refines and optimizes particle materials discharged from the cone crusher, greatly boosting aggregate roundness and optimizing particle gradation.   4. Screening Unit: 3075 Double-Shaft Vibrating Screen + 2460 Vibrating Screen Combined large and small screens form a multi-stage grading screening system. The high-throughput 3075 double-shaft vibrating screen undertakes main screening tasks with large handling capacity and high screening efficiency; the 2460 vibrating screen performs fine sorting to accurately separate finished sand and aggregates of various sizes, ensuring clean classification and uniform particle size to satisfy diversified material demands of different engineering scenarios.图片7

Overcoming Difficulties for Smooth Delivery & Commissioning; Chinese Intelligent Manufacturing Continues to Penetrate African Overseas Markets

Since project signing, HPower Mining has coordinated full-chain services including production scheduling, cross-border ocean shipping and on-site installation & commissioning guidance by professional technical teams.
