1. Position Overview

Competency Requirements:
Ability to independently develop clients and leverage local networks (e.g., distributors, industry associations).
Knowledge of local laws (import/export, taxation, contracts, etc.).
Trustworthy with no history of fraud or legal disputes.
4. Cooperation Models
Commission-Based: Revenue/profit sharing (rate negotiable).
Fixed Fee + Bonus: Base service fee + performance incentives.
Exclusive Agency: Exclusive rights for specific regions/industries (subject to evaluation).
5. Company Support
Product training, marketing materials, and technical assistance.
